Alastair and Ed have just returned from the yearling sales in Ireland.
At both the Tattersalls September Sale at Fairyhouse and also at the Goffs Orby Sale, Ireland’s premier sale, SackvilleDonald were the leading British based buyers. At Fairyhouse 11 lots were purchased for a total of 404,000 euros and at Goffs 17 lots were purchased for a total 2,100,000 euros. Hopefully some stars will emerge, previous SackvilleDonald Irish yearling success include multiple Group 1 and Classic winner Sky Lantern.
Alastair and Ed now head to the Tattersalls October Book 1 yearling sale.
